Hi Kimberly,
I am not a Moore researcher, but it would seem that my Martin family had
some type of significant relationship with Francis & Sarah Moore of Amwell,
Hunterdon Co.

"Hunterdon Co., NJ - VOLUME 1 OF SPECIAL DEEDS - Book One - Jan 31, 1716".
"Page 75: Power of Attorney - July 28, 1731. Francis Moore of Amwell,
Yeoman. To my trusty and well beloved wife, Sarah Moore.... especially
regarding my 100 acre plantation in Amwell, bounded by William Lumase and
Philip Peters. Witnesses: William Lumax, Catherine Lumax, HUGH MARTIN and
HENRY MARTIN. Recorded: Oct 9 1731".

I would appreciate hearing from you if you run across any Martins in
Hunterdon Co. from
1720's through 1760's.

Francie Lane

Subject: [NJHUNTER] Looking for Moor/Moore Families

Hello List,
I am looking for any information on any Moor or Moore families that lived in
Hunterdon County in the 1700's. I am specifically looking for a family that
may have had a son named Enoch Moore.
There may be a connection with the Cornelius Moore Family but I have not
found any proof yet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Kimberly Hurst U. E.
