The Hunterdon Gazette Index for the Years 1825 - 1836. And information on how you can get the CD with all the Newspaper articles that contain these names and events of interest to that Very BIG county way back then!

Hunterdon County included Ewing, Hopewell, Lawrence, and Trenton townships up to the year 1838. AND the Gazette contained all the "News Fit To Print" for that time period. Periodically click on the referenced Web Site and hopefully it won't be too long before you can 'Check it Out' to see if that elusive ancestor of yours 'Got His or Her Name' in the Newspaper!
