Hi don't know if I am doing this right. Anyway my bowmans came from N. J. to Pa. to Ohio after the civil war. George Bowman was born in New Jersey. Sandy hair, blue eyes and came from a large family. Any other descendents out there?
Surnames I am looking for also are SHUEY, SQUIBB, SHERWOOD, GARVER, BORTNER , DRUM , MESSMORE.
