As soon as I saw your query re John McNulty, I knew there was
something familiar about that name. I have not yet been able to find
that name anywhere in my genealogical notes, and I do not think the
McNultys are relatives. I keep having the nagging feeling that I have
heard my grandfather (who was born in Lambertville in 1890) mention
that name.
Nonetheless, I have been looking through papers and photos and I did
find mention of a couple of McNultys on Lambertville, although they
don't seem to be precisely the ones about which you asked.
A thousand years ago a friend of mine worked for St. John's church
in Lambertville. I asked her about my ancestors and she xeroxed a
couple of pages of their baptismal record and it is on one of them
(from 1857) that I found the following:

- Margaret McCabe, daughter of Barthol. McCabe and Mary McNulty, was
born on 26 Oct. (not sure if that is Oct. of the year before, 1856).
Sponsors were Daniel and Margaret McCabe

- Helen McNulty, daughter of Michael McNulty and Mary Grady, was born
on 10 May (presumably in 1857, the year at the top of the page). She
was baptized 27(?) May and the sponsors were John Pierce and Jane
Masterson (I think that is Masterson).

- Sarah Ann (Farber? Harbor?), daughter of Will. (Farber? Harbor?) and
Cath. McNulty, was born on 3 May (presumably 1857) and baptised 31
May. Sponsors were Mich. Reardon and Cath. Calahan

- Jane (He_y?) McNulty, daughter of Frank McNulty and Rose Reynolds,
was born on 6 June (presumably 1857) and baptised 28 June. Sponsors
were Peter Warren and Ann Victory(?)
