While we are thinking about Kings. I am looking for the parents of Harmanus King. He
married Charity McClary on 21 May 1800 in Hunterdon County. They had children; Phebe (who
married Samuel Johnston), Alan, and Rebecca (who married William Kester).

Here is information about his will:

Will: Harman King of the Township of Kingwood being weak in body, but sound mind, memory and
understanding. Gives to beloved wife, Charity, all household goods and use thereof. Gives 1/3
of property to daughter, Pheaby Johnston; 1/3 to grandson Harman Kester (if he gets to age
21), and 1/3 to son, Allan King. Executors: son, Allan King and Samuel Johnston. Dated 29 Jun
1835. filed 2 Feb 1839. Inventory dated 1 Feb 1839 shows total of $226.27. Will no. 4501J on
LDS Film no. 463014, 7 pages.

I also have the above Charity McClary and Samuel Johnston as end-of-liners.

Richard
