Dan,
Since Mary found them in 1900, here is the 1895 census for this family: Eli
M. Conner, white male, age 20-60, Emma R. Conner, white female, age 20-60,
Jessie R. Conner, age 5-20, white female. The are listed in East Amwell
Township Hunterdon County, between the families of Andrew Smith and Stephen
Danberry. Page 29, dwelling house 201. I missed them before because there
was no Mettler as a first name, but E. Mettler Conner is as good as Eli M.
Conner with the same wife and daughter.
