Here's something I have that refers to a "John Roseberry" that's probably
the same family: (Also, a group of us has been in the process of indexing
Cummins' History of Warren County and I'm pretty sure there's a page devoted
to the Roseberry family in there (with errors) I am probably the slacker on
this project but if you check back within the next few months, the index
should be up on a web site. Note: I am not a Roseberry researcher.

THOMAS BULLMAN
...was a tavern keeper. His petitions to the Sussex County Court of General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace for a license at May Term 1793 and May Term
1794 stated that he kept a public house of entertainment in Greenwich at the
ferry opposite Easton. These petitions are on microfilm in the Archives of
New Jersey being Sussex Film 2.
The petition at May Term 1793 was signed by John Rosebury Jun'r, Philip
Sager, Ja's Hyndshaw, Peter Smith, Geo. Bidleman,Robert Innes, John Philips,
Nicklas Horn, Henry Steely, Edward Hunt, Tunis Young, Sam'l Hibbler, George
Geasser and Peter Winter.
The petition at May Term 1794 was signed by George Geasser, Joseph
Rosebury, --- [name illegible], Jacob Fries, Lewis --ouss {knouss?], John
Philips, Jas. Hyndshaw, Geo. Bidleman, Peter Sharps, Jacob Shipman, Robert
Kennedy, Robert Green, Thomas Barber, Harman Shipman, and Valentine
Bidleman.
