The Americanized version of the surname "SCHLAUT" is "SLOUT", often confused
with "STOUT". There were a number of SLOUT's early in the area of Alexandria
Township. You may wish to search my website for some of them.

DILS = DILTS
JUNG = YOUNG
OHLBACH = ALPAUGH
Maybe you already know that the church, itself, was physically removed from
the village of Mount Pleasant to Little York, only a couple of miles away.
The small old church now serves as a private residence near Joseph's Little
York Tavern.
