>From old records of my great aunt's she states that William
Rockafellow/Rockefeller (etc.) b. about 1729 was in the Hunterdon Militia as a private. I
searched the militia record online - did not find him - but it did say the roster
is not complete.
I tried ordering his records from NARA and they could not find him. I only
knew he "was a private in the Hunterdon Militia"
Any one have any suggestions?
