Glad to do so. Found something as follows:

RIGHTMYER, Conrad, Sussex co., judg., 1778-' 9. (2 N.E.435; 3 N.E. 46).

Reference description as given at the beginning of the chapter:
N.E. -- Newspaper Extracts (from volumes in "New Jersey Archives," Second series, Vols. II-V) judg. -- judgment of forfeiture upon inquisition.

There is also, in the "History of Hunterdon and Somerset Counties" by James P. Snell, published in 1881 the following, on page 687:

List of men who served under Capt. Jacob Ten Eyck in the Revolutionary War at different times 1775 to 1781 -- James RIGHTMER.

Any chance you could check your book on loyalists for the name Rightmire...Since I don't know which Rightmire family I am related to am open to all possibilities...Also the "Bay of Quinte" Loyalists list is on line...Maybe of some help to someone...Thanks
