Apgar? John T. Dorland is listed on the 1880 Federal Census for High
Bridge
as a miller with wife Elizabeth, sons Leonard and William and Niece
Nellie
Hann.

In addition John T. Dorland had a sister Leonora T. Dorland b. June 24,
1849
who married a Nicholas Apgar b. abt.1855. They are listed on the 1880
Federal Census for Morris Co., Chester Boro, FHL Film 1254792,National
Archives Film T9-0792, Page 81C. Does anyone know how Nicholas and Naomi
Apgar may be related?

also Hunterdon Co. The couple had these offsprings:

Andrew, 11-4-1845, Emma, 1849, Elias, 2-23-1852, Mary Ann, 5-20-1854,
Luther Childs, 5-14-1856, and Lydia,Ester, 1-18-1859 all in NJ.

Hello, Sorry to butt in; I have data confirming Elizabeth, b. 1838,
NJ d.6-15-1942 NJ. parents Andrew and Naomi, marr. Leonard Dorland. We
show no other data for Leonard. We also show children as Leonard W. and
William but no b. or death dates. or marrried. Duane
