i believe that all the POTTERS were born in NJ and died in NJ and were in
HUNTERDON COUNTY (mostly tewksbury township - lebanon, mountainville (they
owned an inn there), califon areas.
any connections? my biggest problem has been getting backup for HANNAH
SUTTON and her line. i believe she was the daughter of JOHN SUTTON from the
GEORGE SUTTON, SARAH TILDEN line. a will said that HANNAH SUTTON m. a
DANIEL
POTTER during the correct timeframe.... and i have a few other clues that
pertain to that..
any help you have would be greatly appreciated!

I have 13 POTTER people in my data but not many marriages for them. They do
show up coupled with APGAR and GERARD, Egbert.

I've got 21 SUTTON people with many marriages.

I have a HANNAH SUTTON, born after 1840 and daughter of Issac Ogden Sutton
and Ruhamma LANCE, married to Benj. APGAR.

One JOHN SUTTON..no marriage. Same for GEORGE W. SUTTON - no marriage
