I am intrigued by the line on Abraham Williamson. I'm a descendant of Abraham
TIETSOORT, and his father's name was William Williamson. William came into
New Amsterdam in the early to mid 1600's. My ancestor, his son went to
Poughkeepsie, NY, and then to the North Branch area...possibly because he had relatives
there? The children of his father's brother perhaps (with no name change?)
Hmmmm.

Perry- How can I get my hands on a copy of the upcoming Williamson work?

I'm a little preoccupied right now, because I live in Lake Worth FL, and
we're in the process of getting ready for Frances. I'll try to do a little digging
on this idea though, when things settle.

Also wanted to let the List know that Jan Raub Reuther has posted "The
Colonial Naturalization List" by Henry Race, MD. It can be seen at:
http://www.raub-and-more.com/colonialnatlist.html

Just a few of the names are: Yager, Rockefelter, Bodine, Kaes, Kuhl.......
I transcribed this list for Jan, and was amazed at the number of familiar
names, being a native of Hunterdon.

Happy Hunting,
Wendy
