Hi Evelyn,
Thank you very much for the West info. Uriah West may be a GGGuncle, not
verified. He must have been traded (exchanged) prisoner or escaped as he
shows up in NY later.
Do you know if E. Alfred Jones had more than the one volume of "The
Loyalists of NJ" Published? I know of William, James, George, Israel, John
West that were all Loyalists and were awarded land grants in New Brunswick,
Canada after 1783.
