I think the dates listed are the founding dates of the churches.

Shepack - Skippack?

School kil - Schuylkill

Found these online:

Sammeny - The oldest church in Northampton Township is the Addisville
Reformed Church in Richboro, which traces its history back to 1710 when the
"Low Dutch Church of Salem and Sammeny" (Bensalem and Neshaminy) was formed
in Bensalem.

Wytmes - Dutch Reformed Church at Whitemarsh
Located in an area which was originally a part of Philadelphia county,
Pennsylvania, but it is now located in Montgomery county, this congregation
was often referred to in records as Wytmes or Wytmas. While not located in
Bucks county it is included here because of its association with the Rev.
Van Vlecq, who established this church on June 4, 1710

Apquimenie - You got me on that one

The Archives of the Reformed Dutch Church of America is housed in New
Brunswick, NJ at the Gardner Sage Library. The address is:
Archives for the Reformed Church in America
21 Seminary Place
New Brunswick, NJ 08901
(732) 246-1779

I believe this is very close to the Alexander Library, where our great
Genealogical Society of NJ has their collection housed.

A couple of other ideas that come to mind are The Holland Society, The
Genealogical Society of Pennsylvania, and the DAR.
