Six Mile Run Dutch Reformed Church is located on Route 27 in Franklin Park, Somerset County, NJ. You could check with New Brunswick Seminary in New Brunswick NJ for the complete records. Most of the local church records that are that old are in Dutch so the originals wouldn't help you much.
The other places you're looking for are Neshaminy and Schuykill. Six Mile Run Church wouldn't have had a minister from PA as we aren't that close to the river. Some of the other local churches such as Harlingen and Neshanic did share pastors when they were beginning, small congregations.

Richard,
If we could come with the entire publication of Records of the Dutch Reformed
Church which appeared in the Genealogical Society of Pa. we might find more
information.
Someone sent me two pages Vol. V. No. 1 March , 1912 which shows 6myl run
August 8, 1710 Kornelis willemse and grietye guluck had Samuel. Witnesses were
Willem willemse and Cattelyntye Guluck.
It lists Sammeny August 13, 1710? It lists Apquimenie August 20, 1710? and
School kil September 25, 1710. etc.
Also hoopwel June 6, 1710
6 myl run Oct. 23,1711 shows Willem Willemse and Cattelyntye guluck had
Johnnis. No witnesses listed.
The minister? who recorded these bapt. must have traveled from NJ to Pa. and
which is only across the Delaware River. Bensalem, Bucks County, PA. has
several other towns listed and I am not sure because of the spelling what the
town name really is. Wytmes(Whitemarsh)? Sammeny? Schepack?
Hoopwel(Hopewell, NJ) Staeten eylandt(Staten Island) Apquimenie? School kil?
The same is true for the spellings of the family names you have to guess and
say it by sound. If we could study the entire publication of records we
might have more answers.
Looking for ideas as to where I might find Gen. Soc. of PA's complete
publication.
