I took the class in May and had a wonderful time learning how to cook a meal over an open fire in a fireplace. We prepared our lunch and dinner, were taught how food was prepared, stored, types of food that was eaten, and given a general history of the time period. We all had an enjoyable time and our food that we cooked was delicious! For anyone with an interest in colonial cooking, or cooking in general, this is a fun and very informative class.
