It appears that the Bowlby Family site is indeed offline. A check of the "whois" data base says
that this domain is in the "Transfer" status. Hopefully it will be available again soon.

You can find some of the transcripts by doing a Google search on Musconetcong Valley. If you do an
advance search and limit the domain to bowlbyfamily.org you will find some of the pages. You need
to look at the google cached page, not the entry.
