thanks go out to Bruce Dow, who provided website address for The Green-Wood
Cemetery in Brooklyn, NY. It is: www.green-wood.com. Some very interesting
facts:
1) It was founded in 1838 as the third rural cemetery in America.
2) In the 19th Century it was one of America's leading tourist attractions.
3) There are lots of guided and unguided 'self-tours' available. They
feature the following: arboretum, wildlife sancturary, sculpture garden,
plus architecture and landscape design.

4) Genealogy Service Searches are available for various fees at:
www.green-wood.com/genealogy.asp

Can't wait to take a tour.

Lastly, in NJ could there be another cemetery with a similar name?
