Yes, I certainly agree thas this is a very good possibility.

There was a connection of the Emley family to this Holcombe family, and I
found through the help of a
usgenweb volunteer, a little later reference to a Robert Emley. So I, too,
suspected that this must have been a Robert Embley rather than Robert Esmey.

That is why I wanted to make certain I tracked down the exact reference to
the 1747 disposition of funds from the estate of John Holcombe.
I need to see exactly what it says, how the name is spelled, and so on.
