Hello,

I am researching the VanKirk family.

On November 16, 1800, James VanKirk married Mary Jones.

It is assumed his father is James VanKirk & mother is Jane Hansse/House, but another descendant had his parents as John VanKirk & Anne Gordon.

Also wonder who the parents of Mary Jones are, she was born in 1781. Here are the details:
Van Kirk, James, b. Mar. 20, 1780, d. Mar. 4, 1833, aged 52.11.16. Buried in Knowlton Presbyterian Churchyard.

Does anyone know this inf.? I have her Will of 1856 and know all of their children and have theories on who his parents are, but no real confirmation and have nothing on her parents.
