Yes, the WWI draft card collection on Ancestry is complete - they say...
And free for some limited time (I don't know what the end date is of that
offer...) So you might want to check it out... It's very easy to use and
I've been playing with it for my family in CT. You do need to play with the
spellings. I found at least one "M" surname that they indexed as "N".
Also - keep an eye out for Ancestry's new subscription plans that they say
will be coming soon. They're going to simplify the plans and they say that
the price will be less than current... (I suspect that will be for the
"full package" deal - but worth noting...)
