Dear Amy,
I believe your Jonathan Snyder was really John Snyder--or else Jonathan was
not married to Margaret Kiple/Kyple. Margaret was married to John Snyder who
died in Kingwood Twp in 1787. They had a daughter Catharine who married
George Price (date not known). Snyder was a well established miller and
there are many documents relating to him. But not much about his family. I
don't know who his parents were.
As to Margaret's second husband, Isaac Van Camp, I believe they had two
children: Emaline Van Camp and Kiple Van Camp. Isaac committed suicide and
died in 1809.
Margaret Kyple was the daughter of Jacob and Catharine Kyple. Jacob died
about 1794, Amwell Twp, Hunterdon Co., NJ. Catharine (maiden name not known)
died about 1801 in Amwell.
Hope this helps,
Marfy Goodspeed
