You probably already have this information but here is a possible entry
from the 1851 census for your Samuel MITCHELL:

Head: WRIGHT, Deviner Neighbors 215220
NameRelationshipMarAge SexOccupation Birthplace

Samuel MITCHELLLodgU14MAg LabRudham-NFK
Address:---, Freebridge Lynn
Census Place:Babbingley Freebridge Lynn, Norfolk
PRO Reference:HO/107/1828Folio:427Page:13FHL Film:0207483

The Henery MITCHELL is likely a brother of Samuel and my guess would be
the name is meant to be Henry. This is the only entry for a Samuel
MITCHELL from Rudham on the 1851 Norfolk census CD. I too am researching
the MITCHELL line in Norfolk but I don't have any links with the names
your provided. Good luck.
