Hi,

My great-grandmother was born on Egeroye Island, Midbrod, near Egersund I
believe. Can you tell me where this is and if you are nearby. Her name was
Ellen Sorine Rasmussen daughter of Rasmus Thonsem and Theodora Taraldsd.
They also had these children:
John Severin who changed his last name to Norman. Ellen & John both
emigrated to Minnesota. And Andreas, Theodore, Torger or Targer, Reinhard
and Tonnes. One of the other children emigrated to Minnesota but then
returned to Norway.
