Now, then you was lucky.

I and some friends tried that when I was 7 year old (1957) at Skillebekk
and was arrested promptly. We had to take off clothes, masks etc. and give
them to the policeman and tell our parents names. (I was a visitor from
Aust-Agder, so I was released immediately and also had my masks with me,
but the others had to go to the station). Stupid Oslo peoples. The
neightbour had seen us and sent for the policeman since that was not allowed.

(She also used to call for the police if we did sing outside the flat. That
was not either allowed due to the police rules)
