smedkusv (is that apprentice carpenter)
this is not spelled right - smed=blacksmith - kusv? kusk=coachman
sodelmager (saddlemaker?)
now spelled salmaker=saddler/upholsterer
bryggearb (brewer?)
brygge=wharf/dock/quay/landing stage, arb=short for arbeider=worker,
bryggearbeider=one who works with loading/unloading ships=longshoreman

BTW, Kampen is a little outside your map, the neighbouring square to the
number 3!
