If you have not already done so, you should read "Neils Newbie Notes" and some of
the other information on Norwegian genealogy at the NorwayList site
(http://www.cport.com/~catmandu/NorwayList.htm)

For information about Telemark and emigrants from Telemark I suggest you start
with the "Telelaget of America" site
(http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Hills/1545/). You will also find considerable
information at the "Slektshistoriske kilder 1500-1900" site
(http://home.sol.no/~asjonass/kilder/index.htm) (choose Telemark on the index).

Your information looks a bit sketchy -- good luck finding what you want to know.
