MY TRANSLATION:
"Then Olav Knutsen HAMRE was sentenced to the loss
of his property for adultry with Siri Ivarsdotr. Siri
couldn't pay her fine, and was going to make up for
it by enduring pain on her body, that is to say by flog-
ging, but the court of justice accepted that Anders
Haukeberg paid Siri's fine. Little imagination is needed
to understand that Ola Knutsen was a widower, and that
he married his Siri Ivarsdotr, as she was his wife at the
legal division of inheritance. The documents from the par-
tition, prove that they were the owners of chattels to the
worth of 60 "rigsdaler", 1 old quern/handmill, 3 "baiter"
(???) and 4 hering-nets. They didn't own house nor land."

Da ble Ola Knutsen HAMRE domt til å miste eiendammen sin for ekteskapsbrudd
med Siri Ivarsdtr. Siri kunne ikke betale boten, og skulle, lide på
kroppen, "altså pisking, men retten godlok" at Anders Haukeberg betalte
boten for Siri. Det skal ikke mye fantasi til for a skjönne at Ola Knutsen
var enkemann, og at han giftet seg med sin Siri Ivarsdtr, for hun var konen
hans ved skiftet. Skiftet viser lösöre for 60 riksdaler, 1 gammel kvern, 3
baiter og 4 sildegarn. De eide ikke hus eller jord.
