I did some checking for you on Aberdeen and Bristol. Here is the address

You could also write to the Bristol Postmaster or call them at
(1-605-492-3212)

Aberdeen's population is 24,927. The town of Bristol is listed at 419.
Pierpont is listed as 173. Both small towns are a little east of Aberdeen.
Usually the Postmasters in these small towns are VERY helpful if you tell
them what you need. It is worth a try. They might be able to help you
locate other relatives in the area also. Good luck.

Some my relatives on that side of the family are not always too helpful and
some of them are a bit strange. (For example, my aunt was in a coma for the
last two or three months and no one even told my Dad until a few weeks ago.)

My Aunt Mabel was the youngest of ten children. (My paternal grandmother
was the eighth child in the family.) She was born on April 20, 1901. She
ended up marrying my paternal grandfather's brother. She was a lifelong
resident of Bristol and Pierpont, SD.
