Would someone be so kind as to answer a possible
geography question?

I "found" my grandmother's baptism record yesterday
(thanks to the hard work of Lars Oyane and his putting
Fillmore County, Minnesota records on the Internet)
and from that I received her fathers name.

Bernt Toresen Grimstad
(patronymic name=Toresen surname=Grimstad)

If my memory is correct, Bernt's father's name was
probably Tor and the place or farm in Norway was
called Grimstad.

I went to the Emigration files and came up with a
Bernt Toresen whose residence was Eidsvold.

My question: Is Grimstad possible in Eidsvold
(Eidsvold in Grimstad)?

I checked the Norwegian Historical Data archives and
received many responses for Grimstad. I haven't been
able to check either the RHD or the Digitalarkivet
this morning since my system is not putting me
through.

Any help is greatly appreciated and you may respond
either to the list or directly to me.
