It sounds like you are living your Norwegian heritage as well as studying
it......
Making your own goat's cheese is way beyond where most of us will ever go. I
can only say I envy your efforts.
Now, about the strings of Norway flags; they are available on a number of
websites, including Engebretsen's... Use a search engine like Google and you
will find them...
Thanks for sharing your Norwegian ties. The fact you have not had Lutefisk is
troubling to me...
