This has been discussed before.
You can write a cheque in NOK 320 and mail the relatives. Then, there is
different expencives from bank to bank. Some take NOK 50.-to cash it
some nothing.
You can write a cheque in US dollar and add abt. 10 dollars for the
expencives (cashing and change expencives)
