The church was the Trefoldigheds norsk lutherske menighet. It says

There is a full page of information and 3 pictures of the church in the
Norsk Lutherske Menigheter i Amerika 1843-1916. I will scan this for
you and you can use the info in your search. Pastor W.M. Hagen is
listed as a pastor starting in 1913.

I gave the above info so that perhaps Jon Raymond or someone else could
tell you which church this is now in 2004. (also all the un-capitalized
words above are in the book that way and not errors on my part)
