Unfortunately the picture of the church was no help. I was hoping there
might be something in the background that would help locate the area. The newest
phone directory has these parishes, all located within the Minneapolis city
limits:
Trinity First Lutheran Church (LCMS)
1115 East 19th Street
Minneapolis, 612/870-9487
Trinity Lutheran Congregation
2001 Riverside Avenue
Minneapolis, 612/333-2561
The problem here is that parish could have either dissolved or been renamed.
Since you have a parish name and the name of a pastor and when he was at the
parish, I'd try first Luther Seminary.
