Hei Clark
Well looks like the "Squid" is one of the first to come through!!! Hummmm
one retired squid to another!!!! Good show! And yes I to have those senior
moments also, or should I say "Brain Farts!!!!"
First of all these links aren't working for me....Yes, that would be Elen
"Oline" who I have very little information about, then Next was Berte
"Oline" who came to USA 1889, Peder 1893,g Oline Vaksvik, Nils c1886, Ludvig
c1887 g Karen Vaksvik....Would be interested to see them to see if I have
the information, especially the one for Karoline 1891.....Ole had 7
siblings, 4 Immigrated to USA and 3 brothers married Vaksvik
girls............Interesting huh! Matter a fact 2 of the listers are
Vaksvik/Waksvik/Waxvig/Waxvik descendents from another branch and are
Cousins of mine.
Ok Next email:1880? educated guess, out of wedlock son born 1879....and one
statement says he was in America 10 years......
Next: Correct, Sofie first born after return to Norway never married and
died in 1974, then 7 more after that!!!! Total of 12!!! I have visited with
most of the descendents and correspond with others. Also in contact with
Ole's siblings who came to USA.................But NO ONE knows when Ole or
Karoline came to USA!!!! Bummer huh!
