Erin,
If I read you correctly, you have a map of Assembly District #8 in Kings
Co., which consisted of Brooklyn Wards 15 & 16 (part of Williamsburgh).
The '25 census for this area is on 2 film reels, Nos. 15 (ED #1-11) and
16 (ED #12-29). With the street address, you can probably get the correct
Ward fairly easily and then you will have only one reel to look thru.
