Claudine, East Williamsburgh is obsolete name for part of what is now Ridgewood
in Queens County, not Brooklyn (Kings Co.). Old First Church still open
- now is United Presby. Church of Ridgewood, 62-54 60 Place, Ridgewood
NY 11385, tel. 718/417-1948. Many of the old records are in German. I replied
to you direct a couple of days ago on this question but server couldn't
deliver msg. to you.
