I think(am not sure) that you could only receive a cert. for your parents.
I am not 100% sure though. I will check into it and get back to you. I
have been told that receiving copies can take a long time. I guess I was
lucky. If what they said is true, you should be receiving a letter back
from them explaining that, along with your money.
