With the release of the 2000 Census population county for Kings County, I
thought it would interesting to offer a look at the long term population
trends in Kings County.
Please note: while the current population of 2,465,326 is up on the 1990
count of 2,300,664 -- it is remains below the 1950 peak of 2,738,175.
