hello list

I am hoping someone can help me. Yesterday I asked the question is it possible
to get a death or birth cert. if you are a direct descendent. well I was
told that I needed to go to dept. of health for the ones that I needed.
well on the application that I printed out from the website. it says they
will only release it to the people that are named on the birth cert. unless
they have notorized authorization.
well every one named on the cert. has passed away.
It is for Dorothy Huhn born 1/14/1914 died 3/18/1979 and her parents were
William Huhn and Dorothy Braitmeyer other than that all I know is that
she was born in Brooklyn. where I do not know. kings county seems to be
the trend of most records in the family. My aunt seems to think she was
born in canarsie but she is unsure.
