looking for any information on Rose (TABACH)& Hyman SHAPIRO
until recnetly I thought my g-grandmother's maiden name was
TALBOT
Rose just guessing was b, abt 1857 ? Poss Polish Russia or Russian Poland
d. Feb.16, 1932 prob. Kings Co., NY
Hyman SHAPIRO guessing again abt. 1848 Poss Polish Russia or Russian Poland
d.Bet. 1946 - 1947 Prob. Kings Co.,. NY

hey came to America in the late l880s from either Russian poland or polish
Russia
Hyman and Rose Shapiro, and daughter Esther.
MyGrandmother Sarah was born in New York's lower East
Side (Attorney Street). There was a son born
to my grandparents called Joseph. All of the
above mentioned have passed away of course.

my mother told me Hyman & Rose (TALBOT) SHAPIRO (her grandparents moved
to Brooklyn (she is quite sure, but can't prove it) sometime after 1909.
lived in

the Brownsville section of Brooklyn.
both are butied in Mt Hebron Cem. Flushing NY.
