Surname: ANGELL, FORBES, MOODY

I need to know in which county the Pennsylvania Hotel is located? Is it
in Kings County? It is our understanding that my father-in-law, Winfield
Thorne Angell had something to do with the construction of this building.
He graduated from Pratt Institute around 1914.
