Last Monday, the wife of Julius BOCK, editor of Portsmouth
Correspondent, in removing a wash boiler from the stove, upset it on
herself and two children, scalding them so badly that the children died.
It is thought she will recover.
This article brought back memories of Mother telling us of my brother falling
into a tub of boiling water which Mother had on the floor of the kitchen
doing laundry. My brother Richard Lindsay backup up and fell into the tub. He
was rushed to Childrens Hospital and made a full recovery. I don't know what
month this would have been, perhaps winter month because she was doing
laundry inside? Would it be possible for someone to look this article up for
me? Phyllis
