The first meeting of the board of directors of the Players' Club is to be held on Friday evening. Preceding it, Mr. Stokes McCune will be host at a reception and dinner for this year's officers.

The reception will be held on the stage of the Players' Club, after which the folowing will be guests of honor at a dinner at the Little Gray House: Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Shedd, Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Waller, Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. McClure and Mr. and Mrs. Stanley K. Coffman. Mrs. Shedd is the new president of the club; Mr. Waller, vice president; Mrs. McClure, secretary, and Mr. Coffman, treasurer.

Mr. McCune has invited these guests, including the directors and past presidents, to the reception and dinner; Mr. and Mrs. Phil Bradford, Mr. and Mrs. John X. Farrar, Mr. and Mrs. Herman H. Hall, Mr. and Mrs. James M. Hengst, Mr. and Mrs. J. Gilles Mohler, Mr. and Mrs. John F. Scott, Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Brown, Mr. and Mrs. Ben J. Throop, Capt. and Mrs. Paul A. Barry and Mr. Tom L. Pace.
