Ancestry.com has an index to Ohio deaths 1958-1969. No Nona Hensley in it.
Also tried Avis and Lane as first names. It has 151 entries for the surname
Hensley, 16 of them died in the year 1963, but none of those 16 died in
Fairfield Co. or had a residence of Fairfield Co. Finally found a Nona A.
Johnson who died 21 Sept 1963 in Lancaster, Fairfield Co., age 71 years,
married, Vol. # 17409, Certificate # 67677.
