VIRGINIA HIGGINS, New Harbor, Maine; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; several nephews. Friends may call at the O. R. Woodyard Co. Chapel, 255 E. State St., 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, where service will be Friday 1 p.m., Rev. Richard Ellsworth officiating. Interment Green Lawn Cemetery.

Mr. CHARLES H. SKELTON, 961 Caldwell Pl.; survived by wife MRS. BERTHA LEE SKELTON; daughters, EDDIE MAE and MARY ANN SKELTON; brother-in-law CLYDE COPER; sisters-in-law MRS. ROBBIN BYSE and MRS.
