Funeral services for Forrest Abner Stroyick, 80, White Oak resident, who
died Tuesday March 27, 2001, at his home in White Oak were held Friday,
March 30 at the First Christian Church in Chelsea. Interment followed in
Chelsea Cemetery under the direction of Seaman-Blanke Funeral Service of
Chelsea.

Forrest was born December 28, 1920 in Welch to Leroy and Anna Meeks Stroyick.
He married Edna Pearl Irwin on March 4, 1940 in Columbia, Kansas. She died
on January 19, 1983. Mr. Stroyick was a self employed well driller.

He was also preceded i death by a son, Forrest Leonard Stroyick on May
23, 1956.

Survivors include two sons: Jerry Wayne Stroyick of Sulphur and Joe Leroy
Stroyick of Tulsa and one daughter, Debbie Dean Hagan of Vinita; three
grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
