I may have posted this before, but I will enter the information again in case there is someone new who may have a connection.
My great-grandmother, Julia O'Leary, was in New Orleans in 1853; had a daughter, Catherine Reagan. Catherine's father, Jerry Reagan, died in an epidemic in New Orleans at that time. Julia O'Leary Reagan and her daughter, Catherine, settled in Fountain County, Indiana, and in 1855 Julia married Michael Quirk.
Julia's father was Arthur O'Leary, don't know her mother's maiden name. Julia was born in Ireland in 1826; she died in Covington, Indiana in 1905. Since most of the O'Learys seem to be from County Cork, that is where I have been looking. And I don't know if she had any brothers or sisters.
If anyone has a Julia in there O'Leary family born about that time, will you contact me?
