Denis O'Leary then to Timothy McCarthy in Ardfert, County Kerry. She also
emigrated through New Orleans in 1849 settling in Monroe County, IL near
Saint Louis. She later moved to southeast Kansas where she died in 1875.
There were a fair number of O'Leary's in Kerry, so don't rule it out.

I'll second that Candace! So where's my g.g.grf. Richard Leary, born about
the same time as your Julia? What's the name of the church in Ardfert to send
an iquiry? That's in the Killarney area isn't it?

How ya been anyway? Back in Florida for the winter, enjoying the sunshine and
a couple of the grandkids.
